Our New Home in Colorado

We have moved into a temporary home in Arvada, Colorado. Still need to get the rest of our belongings from Houston but we are making it fine with furniture off of Craigslist and cheap stuff we find here and there. The BBQ pit has been a bust - I bought a small Weber charcoal grill and it works fine but the problem is that it is so cold outside in the afternoons that it does not stay hot long enough to cook the food! I am going to find a cheap gas grill to use for everyday cooking. I did make a nice find on Craigslist - a full size Weber charcoal grill. I am going to buy some bricks and build a fire pit out of it... will post some pics here! We have seedlings coming up and Karen has found lots of great plant deals to make the house look nice. She has made many nice baskets of plants and they are spread throughout the house. Wednesday night church will be our first time to go - we need to really get involved at a local church. We miss the church in Portland, Bob and Sybille were such good friends and we got along just swimmingly. Looking at some foreclosed homes in the area but until I get a new project that will be on hold...
